Extremely helpful in educating my wife and I on fixing our credit, so that we would could qualify for a mtg. We did everything they told us to do and within 3 months we were ready. Mr. Felder basically held our hand through the whole process. If you want someone who will take the time to show you what you need to do to get a mortgage he is your guy. His son also helped us find two really great deals. Unfortunately we could only pick one. That was the only downside to this relationship.
